Join us for Yoga in the Park!
Whether you are an experienced yogi or just starting out, join us for this all levels flow class surrounded by the beauty of autumn. We will use breath and movement to calm the mind and build strength, flexibility and balance. *Please bring your own mat*.
*In case of inclement weather, class will be moved to the Radnorshire Room located in the Township Building at 301 Iven Avenue, Wayne, PA 19087.
