A celebration of the annual World Helicopter Day, Sunday, August 15, from noon-4:30pm with public helicopter rides and premier rollout of the newly restored McCulloch J-2 Gyroplane.
The American Helicopter Museum and Education Center will celebrate World Helicopter Day on Sunday, August 15, from noon until 4:30 p.m. Two main events will make the day extra special: AHMEC’s first public helicopter rides since 2019 and the premier rollout of the newly restored McCulloch J-2 Gyroplane.
