Start off on the right foot by hiking the Bear Creek Preserve with wilderness skills instructor Weavre Molina.

You’ll learn basic safety, Leave No Trace ethics, map reading, and other solo hiking skills while walking together through our very own boots-on-dirt classroom.

With a short hike and multiple stops for discussion and practice, no one will be left behind. This intro-level workshop is intended for new hikers, but experienced outdoorspeople are welcome – and might just learn something new as well!

*This event welcomes all women, regardless of their assigned gender at birth.
