Chase away the winter doldrums with culinary soups and salads that warm, sparkle and soothe.
On the Menu for the class:
chicken miso
ramen soup
greek avgolemono soup with orzo
sweet potato, lime & peanut soup with crispy shallots ginger topping.
roasted squash salad with chickpeas spinach & turmeric tahini dressing; and orange, fennel & black olive salad with apple cider dressing.
Please wear closed-toe shoes, and tie back long hair. Please inform the staff of any food allergies before the event.
