Health and Wellness Day at the Willows Park hosted by the Willows Park Preserve

Wellness at the Willows
An all-day live event featuring:
– 30- Minute Classes on yoga, mindfulness, stretching and exercise
– Lectures and demonstrations on healthy eating & nutrition
– A tour of Skunk Hollow Community Garden
– A hike along the trails in Skunk Hollow
– And more!
