The 75th anniversary of the Normandy landings during the Second World War–popularly known as D-Day–will occur on the 6th of June, 2019.
Most veterans have passed from the scene but some are still with us and their memories should live forever. Dr. Brooke Blades joins us to discuss the broader Normandy Campaign and his new book, The Americans on D-Day & in Normandy.
