Colonial Pennsylvania Plantation presents its Spring Militia Muster on April 15th
Colonial Militia Muster – It is the spring of 1777. After the Battle of Princeton on January 3rd, the Continental Army has been wintering in Morristown, NJ. Fighting will surely resume when the weather turns warmer. The members of the Chester County militia are preparing to defend their homes. Join CPP volunteers as they show how their muskets worked, how to start a fire with flint and steel and what is needed to be in the newly formed 1777 militia.
