Special Tai Chi Class for Fall Prevention

On Monday, September 23, at 1:00 PM, New Horizons celebrates National Fall Prevention Day with a special Tai Chi Class and Demo.  Adults 55 and over are invited to try this Tai Chi Class to learn how to apply balance and coordination into the daily life.  Certified Tai Chi Instructor Elissa Berardi will demonstrate and encourage participation.  Come early and enjoy a catered lunch provided by Betty the Caterer for a suggested donation of only $2 before the workshop!  For more information or to sign up for lunch, stop by 100 Conway Avenue, Narberth or call 610- 664-2366.
