Decorate anything that floats and bring it to the Bartram’s Garden Boathouse to be in the parade.
No boat? No worries! An entire fleet of kayaks and rowboats are available for free to join the parade. Trophies awarded for fabulous costumes, best decorated boat, leakiest boat and more. Music, food, games, face painting, tarot card readings and a floating ice cream parlor.
Happens in conjunction with our regularly scheduled Saturday Free Boating.
