This piercing documentary investigates a case that became a national story and the “boys will be boys” culture that made it possible.
At a party in Steubenville, Ohio, a teenage girl is assaulted by members of the town’s beloved high school football team. The incident seems destined to pass without consequence until a local crime blogger uncovers a trail of social media evidence laying out the crime and revealing how many classmates and adults looked the other way.
Director and Main Line native Nancy Schwartzman will appear for a post-film Q&A.
