Kick off summer with thrilling steeplechase racing at Point-to-Point on Sunday, May 30.
Delaware’s Derby, the famed Point-to-Point, takes off every year on the Sunday after that other Derby in Kentucky. Bring your own food and wine, get tickets to one of the exclusive tents, or just do what locals do and glom off a friend’s tailgate. Whatever you do, don’t forget to dress the part.
ADMISSION INFO
There is no general admission this year, but your tailgate guests may purchase wristbands by providing the tailgate spot number and the owner’s name.
Tailgate parking spaces and a limited number of Tailgate Parking tents are available. Each space or tent includes four (4) wristbands. Six more may be purchased at $60 each, for a total of 10 per space. Children under 2 are free, but a wristband is required. Children of all ages count as part of the ten-wristband limit.
