PhilARTdelphia: Young Artists at Woodmere

The artworks on display are created by students from pre-school through high school who have been inspired by Woodmere’s exhibitions and collection.

Woodmere’s art making programs are designed as a way of learning that develops each child’s understanding of their world and themselves. Under the guidance and encouragement of the Museum’s art educators, young artists engage in a variety of art materials and processes that foster experimentation, perseverance, and flexibility. The drawings, paintings, collage, and sculptures on exhibit are the result of these experiences.
