Pain Free Running 6-part Workshop - presented by Dr. Caitlin Redding
Sports Chiropractor Dr. Caitlin Redding, a former collegiate track athlete, with discuss common problems all runners face and how to combat them.
The 6 part series will run as follows: November 3rd – Hips and Glutes, December 1st – Lower Back, December 15th – Core and Breathing, January 5th – Neck and Shoulders, January 26th – Knees and February 9th – Feet and Ankles.
