LMSD’s Health Services Department, the Inter-School Council and our ten Home and School Associations are pleased to present another year of parent education programing for all district parents and guardians.
Mindfulness has been proven to reduce anxiety, encourage focus, and promote a sense of calm. Parents are invited to learn more at this evening workshop, including how to practice mindfulness at home and work.
