Special Time!  Friday, January 28 at 10:30 AM. Join George Dillman from the PA Dept of Banking and Securities and hear about some of the most common tactics used by scammers.  Also, hear from New Horizons’ own Betsy Klausman as she describes her own horrifying experience with a scam.  Learn from George and Betsy what to look for, and how to avoid being the next scam victim.  All seniors welcome!
