Hope Travels to benefit Help Hope Live

On Saturday, May 20, 2023, join Help Hope Live supporters across the country as we walk, run, ride, or roll 3.1 miles to raise funds and awareness for our nonprofit mission. This is an opportunity to come together, get moving, and raise critical support for Help Hope Live.

This is a “5K your way!” You choose the time, place, and pace of your race. Participate as an individual, family, workplace, neighborhood, or friend group—or sponsor Hope Travels to make the greatest impact possible.

Now in its third year, help us make this Hope Travels 5K our best ever! Last year we had over 100 participants in 17 states.

Ways to Participate:

Party with the Peloton
Gather friends for a set of tennis or pickleball
Bike ride with friends
Walk the dog

Track 6,500 steps (walking) or 4,600 (running)
Play a round of golf
Roll your baby or kids around the block (or the living room)
