Healthy Exercise Class by Zoom Video

Every Thursday at 1:00 PM.  Agnes Palena walks Seniors through various exercise routines, using weights, and stretchy bands.  Open to Everyone.

New Horizons Virtual Center for Active Adults, the Remote Face of New Horizons Senior Center, is dedicated to aiding Seniors to stay safe, healthy, and active during these interesting times.  We are using the Zoom Platform to provide a number of remote programs that enable Seniors to continue to enjoy the exercises and hobbies that they love.
