Gentle Yoga instruction open to any senior who wishes to participate.   Boost your bones, balance, and brains.  Join by Zoom Video, or if you prefer, follow along with an audio call.

Please Note:  In celebration of Martin Luther King, Jr’s Birthday, New Horizons will not have Yoga Class on January 18.  Instead, we will have a special program list dedicated to the famous activist.  Check out New Horizons web site (www.newhorizonsseniorcenter.com) for details.

New Horizons Virtual Center for Active Adults, the Remote Face of New Horizons Senior Center, is dedicated to aiding Seniors to stay safe, healthy, and active during these interesting times. We are using the Zoom Platform to provide a number of remote programs that enable Seniors to continue to enjoy the exercises and hobbies that they love.
