Emmet Cahill, Irish Tenor – Live in Concert! POSTPONED

Out of concern for the health and safety of our audience and performers, Upper Darby Performing Arts Center is postponing the concert by Emmet Cahill scheduled for this Saturday, March 14.

We will contact all ticket holders and will announce to the public when we know a rescheduled date. Your tickets will be honored at that performance.

Back by popular demand, Ireland’s most exciting young performer, star of PBS’s Celtic Thunder, and multi award-winning Irish tenor Emmet Cahill performs at the Upper Darby Performing Arts. Cahill’s show will include a mix of Irish classics (“Danny Boy,” “When Irish Eyes Are Smiling,” “Cavan Girl”), Broadway and movie hits (“Bring Him Home,” “Some Enchanted Evening,” “Edelweiss”) as well as love songs and contemporary tunes.

Cahill recently signed a solo recording contract with Sony Music USA and his album, “Emmet Cahill’s Ireland,” soared to number one on Billboard magazines World Music chart in both the United States and in Australia. The album is comprised of Irish classics and folk tunes from the countryside, with Cahill accompanied by the National Symphony Orchestra of Ireland.
