Be sure to join us for our second chamber concert of the 2022-2023 season which features classical greats and their inspirations.
The program includes Mozart’s String Quartet No. 21 in D major which was inspired by Joseph Haydn’s style and is dedicated to the King of Prussia. Aaron Copland’s Quiet City, featuring English horn and trumpet, was inspired by an Irwin Shaw play. And to complete the program is a performance of Beethoven’s String Quartet Op. 18, No. 5.
