Bowed and plucked bass instruments join together for this program celebrating their uniquely rich musical histories.
Featuring a diverse collection of music by composers including Jean Barriere, Girolamo Frescobaldi, Marin Marais, Domenico Gabrielli, and Antonio Vivaldi.
This concert will be performed on period instruments by Caroline Nicolas (baroque cello & viol) and Kevin Payne (lute).
