Friends’ Central will host 2019 Distinguished Visiting Humanities Lecturer Daniel Torday, Associate Professor and Director of Creative Writing at Bryn Mawr College.
Torday will read from and then discuss his latest highly anticipated book Boomer1: A Novel, which has been named one of The Millions’ Most Anticipated Books of 2018, Vulture.com’s Best New Books of Fall 2018, one of Entertainment Weekly’s 20 Books to Read in September, and Philadelphia Inquirer’s Best Books of the Fall.
